Fall’s approach kicks off apple-picking time
The folks at Schweizer Orchards know fall is just around the corner because they’re already harvesting apples and pumpkins. “Before we’re done it looks like there will be 30,000 bushels of apples this fall,” said Steve Schweizer, part of the third generation in the orchard business. “Employees will be picking apples like crazy.”
